My daughter, Abha has been with Manmohini Dance School for the last three years. Even though we have to travel 40 minutes both ways to get to class, we have continued because she really loves this dance form and her teacher. We are very fortunate to have the opportunity to learn Kathak here in Melbourne. Mohini is very patient, disciplined and accommodative. She travels for almost 2 hours both ways for this particular class, which shows her dedication and love for Kathak. I am very pleased with Abha's progress and the way she is being trained under the guidance of a dedicated Kathak Guru.

At Manmohini Indian dance school, Students are provided with a strong foundation & exposure to opportunities which helps shape us as dancers and ultimately grow as individuals. I honestly didn’t even want to join kathak classes until my mom dragged me to one of Mohini’s classes. Once I started, there was no looking back. Mohini is patient, kind, gracious and has the gift of being able to teach even the most complex moves with utmost ease. There was never a class where I didn’t see progress! Above all, she makes learning and dancing SO much fun. I adore the relationship she has with all her students - a genuine and super caring one! Being able to perform for Manmohini Indian Dance School under the guidance of Mohini will always be a highlight for me.

I met Mohini by chance and can proudly say that I was one of her first students. Although my lessons were short-lived due to various other reasons, I truly believe that we were destined to meet, just so that, more than 10 years down the line, my daughter Aditi could find the best Guru for her Kathak lessons, that too being in two different continents!
